We provide independent valuation advice for private clients, legal matters and internal decision-making purposes. We do not undertake mortgage/security valuations for lending institutions.

Buyer advisory comments are not formal valuations unless separately agreed in writing under a dedicated valuation engagement.

Formal valuation and buyer advocacy are not blended into one job.

Where both valuation and buyer advisory services may be relevant, the role, purpose, limitations and engagement terms will be made clear before work begins. A buyer advisory engagement does not become a formal valuation unless specifically agreed in writing under a valuation-specific scope.
